How to do it
- Hinge at the hips and open your arms with soft elbows.
- Long back and neutral neck; look at the floor just ahead.
- Open to shoulder line, squeezing your shoulder blades, without raising your torso.
Common mistakes
- Raising your torso on every rep.
- Turning it into a row by bending your elbows a lot.
- Using too much weight and shortening the range.
