How to do it
- Pull the rope toward your face, spreading your hands, without arching your back.
- Cable at face height or slightly higher; elbows high.
- Finish with your hands by your ears and shoulder blades together; return slowly.
Common mistakes
- Pulling to your chest with low elbows.
- Leaning back to move the weight.
- Pushing your head toward the rope.
