Calculate your portion from the label
Multiply each label value by the amount you ate and divide by the label's serving size. Use the same unit for both amounts.

Why the result changes
A label per 100 g doesn't automatically describe the whole package. If you eat 150 g, multiply by 1.5. If you eat two label servings, multiply by two. The FDA explains that label calories and nutrients refer to the listed serving size, unless the label also shows the whole package. How to read the Nutrition Facts label, FDA.
Limits that matter
- Don't convert grams to milliliters without knowing the density.
- Use a reference that matches the food and how it's prepared; don't swap raw and cooked weights.
- Label rounding can make the calories not match the sum of the macros exactly.
- A label serving is a reference amount; it's not an individual eating goal.
In Fituba you can copy the results into a Manual log without using AI. If you describe a meal without a label, review the estimated amounts.
