How to do it
- Keep your back supported and press the dumbbells up.
- Start with the dumbbells at ear height and elbows slightly forward.
- Press up without clanking them and lower until your elbows are below your shoulders.
Common mistakes
- Lifting your lower back off the pad.
- Lowering only halfway.
- Letting your wrists bend back.
