Your first log in Fituba

Type what you ate and the activity you already did. Fituba saves the log and estimates its calories, protein, carbs and fat; you review the portions.

  1. Create your account and pick your goals. You need an email and password. You can start before verifying your email. Goals are editable; you can also enter your dietitian's.
  2. Choose Today or the right date. Log only what you haven't added yet.
  3. Describe foods, amounts and activity. Weights, sizes, brands, drinks and cooking oil help interpret what you ate.
  4. Review the result. When it's done, open the breakdown in your history. Fix portions with the pencil. Your first useful result is a saved log with its values, not just sending text.

A message that makes sense

For breakfast I had 2 eggs cooked in 1 teaspoon of oil and 2 slices of whole wheat toast. For lunch, 5 oz cooked chicken and 1 cup of cooked rice. Lifted for 45 minutes and ran 2 miles in 20 minutes.

Sample wording; adapt it to what you actually ate and did.

You can include several meals and activities from the same day in one message. Don't mix future plans with what you already did. If you don't know grams or ounces, describe a small, medium or large portion and review the AI's assumption.

Understand “Today” and your charts

The calorie and macro numbers add up what's logged for the chosen date. The bars compare against your saved goals. Weights and cardio count as activity; the protein chart uses grams and the activity chart uses sessions. A day without logs doesn't prove you didn't eat or train.

If something doesn't match

Make tomorrow easy

Save a go-to meal to repeat a portion without another AI log. Check your history before adding it and adjust the amount if it changed. Points reward consistent logging, not the quality of your diet.

Have a nutrition label? Use the portion calculator. If you already know the values, choose Manual.
