How to do it

- Arms almost straight at shoulder height through the whole range.
- Open until your arms line up with your torso, no farther back.
Common mistakes
- Shrugging your shoulders as you open.
- Using your torso for momentum to move the weight.
- Dropping your elbows and turning it into a row.
