How to do it
- Pull the handle down to your thighs with elbows slightly bent.
- One step back from the cable, torso slightly leaned and core tight.
- The movement comes from the shoulder: your elbows don't bend any further.
Common mistakes
- Bending your elbows and turning it into a triceps extension.
- Using your bodyweight to pull down.
- Shrugging on the way back up.
