How to do it
- Rest your chest on the pad and drive your elbows back without leaving it.
- Set the seat so the handles are at chest height.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades at the end and straighten your arms without losing your posture.
Common mistakes
- Pulling your chest off the pad to use momentum.
- Shrugging your shoulders as you pull.
- Letting the weight drop as you straighten your arms.
