How to do it
- Bring your hands together in front of your chest without changing the slight elbow bend.
- One foot forward, torso slightly leaned and chest up.
- Open until you feel the stretch and close squeezing your chest for a second.
Common mistakes
- Bending and straightening your elbows like a press.
- Rolling your shoulders forward as you close.
- Letting the cable yank you back as you open.
