How to do it
- Use an incline bench and lower the dumbbells beside your upper chest.
- 30–45° incline: any higher and it's mostly shoulder.
- Press straight up, not toward your face; shoulder blades on the bench.
Common mistakes
- Arching your back so much it cancels the incline.
- Lowering only halfway.
- Bending your wrists back.
