How to do it
- Adjust the seat, back against the pad, and push the handles forward.
- The handles line up with mid-chest.
- Extend without snapping your elbows locked and return controlling the weight.
Common mistakes
- Seat too low: your shoulders ride up as you push.
- Lifting your back off the pad.
- Letting the plates clank between reps.
