How to do it
- Hold the support and raise the heel of the standing leg.
- The support is only for balance: don't pull yourself up with your hand.
- Rise straight over the ball of your big toe and lower slowly.
Common mistakes
- Leaning your body toward the support.
- Letting your ankle roll out.
- Short range.
