How to do it
- Rest your forearms on the pads and drive the platform back with your heel.
- Soft standing knee and hips square, without rotating them.
- Push until your thigh lines up with your torso, then return slowly.
Common mistakes
- Arching your lower back at the end of the kick.
- Letting the platform bounce on the way back.
- Opening your hip out to push farther.
