How to do it
- Hold the frame and move the leg back without moving your waist.
- Lean your torso slightly and keep the standing knee soft.
- Short range: the leg goes back until the glute contracts, no swinging.
Common mistakes
- Arching your lower back at the end.
- Swinging the leg like a pendulum.
- Rotating the hip out to gain range.
