How to do it
- Push through your feet and finish with hips in line with your torso.
- Heels close to your glutes and knees pointing over your feet.
- Pause at the top squeezing your glutes, without pushing with your back.
Common mistakes
- Arching your lower back instead of extending your hips.
- Letting your knees flare out or cave in.
- Pushing through your toes and lifting your heels.
