How to do it
- Extend your elbows and spread the rope slightly at the bottom.
- Elbows fixed at your sides and shoulders down.
- At the bottom, turn your hands out and squeeze for a second.
Common mistakes
- Pulling the rope apart from the start using your shoulders.
- Moving your elbows forward and back.
- Using torso momentum.
