How to do it
- Facing the low pulley, bend your elbows without moving them from your sides.
- Step back so the cable pulls from below and your torso stays still.
- Squeeze at the top and lower until your arms are straight without the plates clanking.
Common mistakes
- Leaning back to lift the weight.
- Letting the plates slam between reps.
- Moving your elbows forward at the end of the rep.
