How to do it
- Bring your knees in and lift your pelvis slightly without swinging your legs.
- Hands at your sides for balance; knees at 90°.
- Curl your pelvis toward your ribs and lower slowly without arching your lower back.
Common mistakes
- Swinging your legs for momentum.
- Letting your lower back arch on the way down.
- Pushing your hands into the floor.
