How to do it
- Kneeling in front of the high pulley, hold the rope by your head and curl your torso toward your knees.
- Your hips stay put: your ribs come down toward your pelvis.
- Breathe out as you crunch and return slowly until your abs stretch.
Common mistakes
- Sitting back on your heels to crunch with your hips.
- Pulling the rope with your arms.
- Using so much weight that the cable pulls you up on the way back.
