What muscles does the bicycle crunch work?
Main: abs. It's an isolation exercise: almost all the work falls on that muscle.
How many sets and reps of cycling?
Typical: 2–4 slow sets of 8–15; per side when alternating. Adjust the load so you finish every set with good form; the load is the extra weight on top of your bodyweight.
How do I log cycling in Fituba?
In your account, open Train, pick Cycling and add its sets, reps and load; or type “Did 3 sets of 12 cycling” and Fituba logs your weights session.
