How to do it
- Keep your hips down and push the platform without locking your knees.
- Feet shoulder-width in the middle of the platform; knees toward your toes.
- Lower until just before your hips lift or your lower back rounds.
Common mistakes
- Going so deep your pelvis tucks under.
- Snapping your knees locked at the top.
- Pushing through your toes so your heels lift off the platform.
