How to do it
- Hold a dumbbell at your chest and track your knees over your toes.
- Elbows down and chest up; keep the weight tight to your body.
- Sit down between your legs with heels planted and stand by pushing the floor away.
Common mistakes
- Letting the dumbbell drift from your chest.
- Tipping your torso until you're looking at the floor.
- Knees caving in on the way up.
