How to do it
- Keep your back supported and bend your knees against the pad.
- Knee lined up with the pivot; the pad sits on your Achilles tendon.
- Curl all the way, pause and return over two or three seconds.
Common mistakes
- Lifting your hips off the seat as you curl.
- Using momentum to start.
- Only coming halfway back.
